The Shen Lab is an experimental laboratory at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu. Our research focuses on the emergent quantum phenomena that derive from strong electronic correlation, non-trivial topology, magnetism and symmetry breaking in quantum materials. These materials include graphene nanostructures, layered materials, moiré superlattice and other van der Waals heterostructures. To unveil the foundamental properties of these materials, we use state-of-art semiconductor device fabrication technique and low-temperature transport measurement with high magnetic field.
